Quirk of the Month: Nutella Book

Now that World Nutella Day is over, it’s time to scrape the leftovers of hazelnut spread found at the bottom of your jar. While you’re at it, also check out The Unofficial Guide to Nutella by writers Sara Rosso and Michelle Fabio, the official founders of World Nutella Day, for sale on Amazon at 99c each.

Yes, you pay only 99c for the entire book or $2.99 for the Kindle version, but I prefer print to digital. It will actually cost me more to ship the book to the Philippines, so I’ll keep this in my to-buy list until I’ve gathered enough orders to get free shipping. In the meantime, here are some excerpts and reviews:

“Oh, those two girls are at it again. In their never ending quest to cover the globe in hazelnut-chocolate-y goodness, American expats Sara Rosso and Michelle Fabio have written the quintessential guide to the world’s favorite dessert topping, breakfast spread, and sweet recipe ingredient, the Piemontese miracle also known as Nutella. Recipes, musings, and all around fun, it’s a great read! Enjoy!”
-Diana Strinati Baur, Amazon customer and reviewer

“Whether you’re a new or old-school Nutella fan, whether you’re looking for ideas to participate in World Nutella Day on February 5th, or you just want a quick way to show your friends what the fuss is about, the Unofficial Guide to Nutella has something for you.”
-Sara Rosso and Michelle Fabio, authors of The Unofficial Guide to Nutella

If you’ve already read the book, share your thoughts below. I’d love to hear from you! If you’re interested in purchasing the book, order it here.
