This month, I went on a food adventure at Solaire Resort and Casino with my friends from Seaquatix. We ordered a five-course meal from fine dining Italian restaurant, Finestra. After enjoying the endless servings of freshly baked bread, we filled up on handcrafted appetizers, salad, pizza, and pasta.
Little did we know that we were in for a surprise when they rolled in our fifth course, the dessert.
A trolley carrying a wooden treasure box was brought to our table. The waiter started opening the intricately designed drawers and compartments. To our delight, they were filled with different kinds of chocolate pralines. He asked us to choose which ones we wanted.
On top of the chocolate pralines, they also served us a frozen plated dessert. Please forgive me for not remembering what it’s called as I was engrossed in the treasure box of chocolates.
