Time to lock in those vacation dates. The Philippines’ biggest online travel sale is back and way ahead of schedule. What used to be the September Online Sale (SOS), an annual travel sale held every September, has been bumped up to cater to the Philippine summer crowd, hence the tweak in name and schedule. Say hello to the Summer Online Sale 2026!

Now on its 7th year, SOS was launched in 2020 by the Hotel Sales and Marketing Association (HSMA) to help resuscitate the local tourism industry that was badly hit by the pandemic.

The 2026 Summer Online Sale offers up to 70% off on hotel stays, dining, and vacation packages from 69 participating hotels and resorts around the Philippines. You get exclusive rates not offered on other travel sites and advanced booking advantage amid price uncertainty. “With prices expected to fluctuate due to global economic pressures, this is the best time to secure travel at significantly lower rates,” said HSMA President Loleth So.

This year’s SOS/ online travel fair started on April 24th and runs until May 24, 2026. Choose from an array of travel vouchers valid until 2027.

Participating HSMA locations include Alabang, BGC, Bohol, Boracay, Cebu, Clark, Davao, Iloilo, Makati, Manila, Palawan, Paranaque, Pasay, Rizal, and Tagaytay.

What I love best about the SOS/ online travel fair is that it doesn’t follow the traditional travel fair format where you have to go to a stressful, packed event in person at the malls or convention halls. Everything is easy to book online.

To purchase a voucher, just visit their website, hsma.org.ph/sos, click on the location and hotel of your choice, and choose from the discounted travel vouchers offered. Fill in the details and proceed to the payment page. After each transaction, check your email for your voucher. Then call or email the hotel or resort to book your stay using the voucher. Terms and conditions apply.

Hurry, the vouchers are selling fast!
